This has been a project that I have loved working on. My commission to create an image and trophy for 2020 California Offshore Race Week was postponed because like most big races last June, the race did not happen. That’s ok it gave me more time to paint. The race is dear to my heart as I raced in the first leg, on our boat SIX BROTHERS and shore crewed for my husband and the rest of the VELVET HAMMER crew.
